We want you to have a great experience with Tavira.
Since jewellery is a personal accessory, we currently do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Style preference
• Minor colour difference (due to lighting/photography)
✅ When Can You Request a Return / Replacement?
You can contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:
• You received a wrong product
• You received a damaged or broken product
• You received a missing item
📸 Proof Required
Please share:
• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear photos of the issue
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process return or replacement requests.
🔄 Replacement Process
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
• If the product is out of stock, we will offer:
• A store credit, or
• A refund (as per our refund policy)
💳 REFUND POLICY (Tavira)
Refunds are only applicable in these cases:
• Product is out of stock after order
• Product is not replaceable
• Order is cancelled by Tavira
💰 Refund Method
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
❌ No Refunds For:
• Normal wear & tear
• Slight colour variations
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• If customer refuses delivery
• If unboxing video is not provided in case of damage/wrong item
